Davis HELPS and community partners are hosting a free Mental Health Screening for youth in grades 6–12 on March 11, 2026, from 5–7 p.m. The event will take place at the Davis School District Kendell Building in Farmington.
Registration closes March 6.
What to Expect
During the screening, youth and their parent or guardian will:
Meet with a mental health provider.
Learn about community mental health resources.
The screening will address:
Social and emotional needs
Depression
Anxiety
Trauma
Suicide and safety concerns
This screening is not a full psychological evaluation, and no clinical diagnosis will be made.
A parent or guardian must be present for the appointment.
